Rip-off false promises

My spouse and I have been trying to purchase a home since July and Pinnancle is the financial company. We have been taking to get everything done. Everything was done and finalized.

Our closing date was March 26 and on March 25th @ 2:00 pm the processor call to tell me that the expiration on the contract was for March 1 and the underwrite sign off on the contract on March 6. NOw we have to go back threw the process again.

I feel that the bussiness was not handle in a proper matter.
