Well, my husband and I have waited for 12 years to finally have a company come in and build a pool. One of the reasons I picked nationwide pools is because they offered me a 1 year no interest or payments. However, the finance company was only going to give me two checks to pay for the complete pool. Well, I signed the contract in July of 08 and they started the dig September 1st. Well, I gave the first check for the dig and the they asked for the second check before gunite. I told them i had to hold it for a while longer and they told me if hold the check they would no longer come out and do anything. Of course no one wants to be stuck with a whole in there back yard. Well, I gave them the second check and to make the long story short today is Febuary 13,09 and I have a nice big whole full of mosquitos. My husband call Keith Stuart the owner to see why no one has come out for the hundreth time and Keith got really nasty with my husband. My husband couldnt believe how Keith can treat his customers with no respect. I've called the numerous times to try to resolve this situation but they are constantly avoiding me. He has a secretary named Mauri that always promises to call me back or keep me and formed but never does. They dont return my phone calls and the construction manager (TODD) hangs up on me once he heres my voice. I wish someone could give me advice on what I should do. This has been a nightmare for me. I have lost allot of sleep over this and I spend my weekends crying cause this is something my husband and I have had to work two jobs to pay for and our kids arent able to enjoy it. Anyhow, I honestly recommend no one sign a contract with this guy. He promises the world and once he gets your money he turns evil. I should of just went with ESSIG Pools or Van Kirk like everyone told me too. Well, good luck if your building a pool hopefully no one will go thru the nightmare my family and I have been thru..
