Bad Company Politics and Bad Practices

This company has some of the most dishonest practices that I have ever encountered.

They charge a ton of money for badly made beds [and the one ordered, a king size, was the most uncomfortable bed that I have ever had and I finally gave it away.]

They do not stand behind their products, and they will resort to all low levels of manipulative tactics to get the consumer to just 'back off' and give up.

They are very forceful with selling you something, but when it comes time to service a customer after they have already sold you something, they drop the ball and become abusive, sneaky, and play games.

They were supposed to have credited me for a return on one item that I had returned but never credited it to me. After several months of waiting, I called my credit card company only to find out that Lifekind had lied to my credit card company stating that they "had never gotten any merchandise" returned, and therefore, will not honor the credit.

Luckily, I had returned it with a tracking number and had proof that it was returned, and they still were unethical and stalled in giving the refund.

This company is totally unethical, and their "organic" beds are way too expensive to be so uncomfortable [and then to get bad servicing, to boot.]

The owner was very rude and disrespectful, and his horrible tactics were terrible.
They also brag about being the "only" company in America that makes Organic beds in their own factory, and they will use scare tactics to get the unsuspecting customer to think badly of the competition.

The fact is that they ARE NOT the only company to have their own facility in N. America, and they are certainly not the best organic bed made.

I will never buy another bed from this company nor would I ever recommend them due to the disrespect that I experienced along with getting a less than satisfactory product.
