Rescue Rooter
They don't know what they are doing and are rip offs

I had a shutoff valve break on a Saturday and called REscue rooter to install a shutoff valve. Sounds simple, right? WRONG! This job took the plumber FIVE hours and he still wasn't finished. Water was never restored to the house when he left due to the lateness of hte hour. He charged us $329 for this job, and left with an emergency patch saying that "this should take care of it."

He left before checking and the water gushed out. Needless to say, we had no water and were short $300 bucks for a bad plumbing job. To add to the frustration, I have a special needs non potty trained kid that loves to smear his poop on walls and I had no water to clean him or my house up.

Worse was that when I called to complain, the asst manager said that the plumber reported only being there for two hours, adown and outright LIE.

When I sent pictures of the bad job, the company said that because "water was restored to the house" the payment of $329 was justified. This premise was totally false. BTW, parts of the job they did were so bad, that I'm still having a small water leak

After several attempts to get a refund, they are holding firm to some contract BS. NEVER, EVER use these guys again.

Not only do they employ less than quality people, but they are not honest, and do not care about the customer like they say.
