Warehouse lied about delivery skipped three times scheduled, ripped me off for new frame, not answer phone

I ordered a mattress from the mattress 1 store in Altamonte Springs outside of Orlando and after a month i started noticing a horrendous squeaking noise i contacted the store several times finally they said i need to pay fifty dollars for someone to come inspect it for the warranty, which seems simply as a deterrent to make a claim but i paid it.

They didn't show up for two scheduled warranty appointments, but finally came. They inspected the box spring and agreed it was defective but did not take the time to find out why. So after waiting a week or so and dealing with them skipping several more delivery times they finally brought me a boxspring. After a week it starting doing the same thing.

Apparently they delivered the cheapest metal frame possible, when they were supposed to deliver a heavy duty one. I have constantly been calling the warehouse only to be avoided by a guy named matt who avoids my calls and only answers when i call from a random number. I have skipped lunch to try an meet the delivery people three times and they never showed up.

Now after three separate occasions of trying to meet them and tons of calls i am taking every possible action to inform the public how rude and inappropriate the guy Matt from the warehouse is and how horrible the mattress 1 company is as a whole.
