Consumer fraud rip-off

I placed an order for carpeting for a rental property, providing them with exact measurements. The salesman told me the amount of carpeting that would be required and quoted a price. He knew that I was from out of the area.

Then, after I had returned home, they invoiced me for an amount that was 150% of the original quote, stating that the installer had come up with a different total for the carpeting needed.
