Is selling an iHEATER that is a worthless and shameful piece of #418.95 hunk of junk

To put my complaint in a nutshell, I purchased a $418.95 with 2 years extended warranty included iHEATER from Top Ten Imports LLC, that does not perform as it was designed to. This High Tech infrared iHEATER was supposed to comfortably heat a 1500 sq ft area from ceiling to floor, and wall to wall! It was also claiming to heat multiple rooms as well! What a crock! Not in a million years!

I deliberately set my furnace's digital thermostat at 55 degrees to try this wonderful machine out. So I turned on my new iHEATER on High, and Large room and sat back to let it rip! I turned on my ceiling fan also in reverse which is located almost directly above to help spread the warmth.

This new iHEATER ran for exactly 2 hours non stop, and it managed to raise the temperature on my digital thermostat a blistering 1 degree! My living room is 19" x 20" which is just under 400 sq ft. How dumb of me! I should have put on my straw hat, hawiian shirt, shorts, and flip-flops to enjoy the toastie heat!

I then turned it off! I have called at least on 4 occasions to express my complaint with their sales people. I got absolutely nowhere with any of them. I then called back and asked to speak with a supervisor on duty. I was given an off site number to call # 765-584-3922. I was told to talk to a Mr. O'Brian.
I expresssed my dissapointment, and asked Mr. O'Brian for a refund. Almost immediately, his tone of voice turned to hateful, sarcastic, and very negative. He flat out refused to give me a refund.

I don't know about you guys, but I absolutely refuse to except the fact that I just flat out got totally ripped off of my hard earned $418.95! I say! Ripped off consumers, we should all stand together and unite as a consolidated voice. Please call this Top Ten Imports LLC crook Mr. O'Brian at 765-584-3922 and let him know that this is not the end of as I did.

Go to this FBI website www.IC3.org of Indiana, and file your complaint with them as well. Then go to your bank and pick up a Cardholder Statement of Disputed Item - Non Fraud form if you payed these crooks with a credit card.
Be vigilant about the fact that you have been ripped off of your hard earned money. Then let these agencies do their work on trying to get your money back in your pocket.
