I have to agree with all of the other posts from this company. I tried to have my AC repaired. First I got the "not maintained properly", then the "not repairable". What a load of *. I finially worked thru and got a partial settlement. If they are going to take $300 bucks and not inspect the house, the only way they can make money is to not pay claims.

Found a couple of good reference sites as I was dealing with this. Had a good list of reasons that the warranty companies don't pay and a couple of check lists to help prepare for the calls. I would recommend these. I also used the better business bureu. Http://www.bbb.com.
