Cheap John broke my bathtub pipe and told me he will come back to fix and never showed up again. He is extremely rude and is a con man. He kept telling me how he is so experienced and has seen everything there is about sewer and drain pipes. I was impressed, but its just that he knows the art of being smooth, he somehow convinced me that he will be back and will fix my pipe that "he" broke. He never came back, never fixed the clog and now claims he never came to my house!

I asked him for his address and he never gave an address. I am sure he came to my house because he answers the phone himself.

I don't think I did anything to deserve something like this from this person. Had I known that he is "just" going by trial and error and actually knows nothing about plumbing, I would never have called him!

He could at least tell me he cant fix it so I wouldn wait or loose my trust in him. I am still amazed at how smoothly he told me "he is coming back with the parts to fix the broken pipe and to unclog my bathtub".

People like him give New Yorkers a bad name!

He has no proper address and uses only P. O boxes. I could not find a single physical address for him. He spammed yahoo locals with fake addresses that do not exist and are totally incorrect. I hope he stops the way he does business with people. It would be nice if he realizes, what if someone does this to him???
