I have taken her 1 bedroom condo in Bellevue, WA for a 1 year lease. 14150 SE 17th Pl B5, Bellevue WA 98007. First of all she said it was fully furnished. But, it was not true, I had to buy many required appliances and some broke off in a while and got them repaired. I got her to replace the room heaters and the shelves in kitchen fell off. The condensed water from the patio glass doors ran into the living room and spoiled the carpet. It was a very old condo and she gave it for a whole $1000/per month rent.

It was a complete rip and she didn't even return my refundable deposit and there is no response to e-mails or telephone calls. One of the previous tenant of her said that she did it for him also and he mentions that some of the stuff their are even belongs to him (he couldn't take them with him due to a move) she claims as hers. Doesn't return the refundable deposits and her daughter Sasha millstein incharge who is supposed to take care of the condo services is very rude and inpolite.
