Tri-city Concrete
Rip off on new foundation poured, did not follow codes and now footers sinking on home, working in W North Carolina as well

This fellow Frankie, who is the owner of Tri-city concrete, doesn't know what he is doing and the money I was giving him was putting into building his own home not mine, I had to surpervise and hire 80% of the suppliers that he was using because he had no money to pay them as I found out with time.

It took him 5 months to get ground ready to pour the foundation and he skipe steps and other work in the foundation that where on the plans to do. Finally I had to fire him and he was well a head in money that I paid him over the work he had done with my help in every step of the way. He got ahead of me on and I was in the hole too deep to just cut him loose at first. But at came a time that I just said get out. Bad person to deal with for any kind of foundation and brick laying.

He has a NC phone # and he works mostly out of Western NC but lives in SC. Look out for this guy or his company. Being an abcentee owner builder he took advantage of me.
