I highly do NOT recommend Mark Langlois as a flooring specialist. I do not want to get into it but I obviously took the time to file this report, so trust my recommendation. He did our floors several months ago and we were not pleased with the price (higher than he quoted) and the work (sloppy & no pride in his work).
