I bought 3 power adapters with a single plug and 3 split ends that plug into Christmas Village pieces. The company makes two kinds of cords: one with metal "male" ends and one with yellow "female" ends. I must not have been able to tell what I was getting when I ordered on Christmas Central's website, because I now have 3 of the wrong thing.
When I contacted this company to see if I could exchange my order, they were unhelpful and just said "No." True, their no-returns policy is posted but given the confusion over two very small, very similar products I was hoping they would step up to the plate.
The order was also 2 days late, but that is the least of my worries right now!
