Possible Racketeering Scam

This company is advertising apartments for rent that do not exist or are not available. They collect application fees and deposits and do not deliver apartments. I was scammed out of $260 but it could have been alot more. I have spoken with other individuals who have experienced a very similar problem with this company, where thier app fees and deposits were lost. If there is an attorney out there interested in a class-action law suit, this is a good case to take.
