This guarantee was bought from the vendor after I purchased my house in September 07. Because we purchased the house (built-in 1941) we've experienced the heater malfunction, the range malfunction, the stove malfunction, and also the tankless hot water heater malfunction. HWA has since just set our range and partly our range. The individuals who they sent to repair the range rewired it strange so the stove ticks actually when the fireplace is burning. They sent another person out to repair that and weeks later it began pressing again. Well they state because it hasbeen 3 months we've to pay for to possess somebody emerge again to repair it once theyare individual was the main one who produced the pressing issue! Before they originally emerged out for that range the issue was they pilot wasn't operating - the hitting did not begin till once they arrived. Repeatedly again, they will ship unqualified people out who DO-NOTHING then we've to hold back for another person. We still haven't had our heater or heated water heater fixed and that I needed to restore my agreement just-so they could easily get fixed. Your bathtubis plumbing malfunctioned over per month before and we've since turned to employing our very own plumber after needing to continuously contact HWA. They lay about having connection with the suppliers or exactly what the suppliers state. I have had suppliers inform me they named HWA to obtain agreement and HWA declines subsequently spins around and claims in my experience that they're unaware of the improvement and certainly will contact the seller! They wind up delivering another person out to begin everything once again. I've invested so enough time calling them within my work-hours to obtain bull* but still NO SUPPORT or BAD SUPPORT.
