Trash cans adverstized for $9.98 and registered as $17.98 and the store would not honor it

I was looking to purchase two trash cans and found a whole bunch of them and underneath the stack of the trash cans I wanted was a label with $9.98 price on it a walmart employee confirmed the sale price with me but when I took the trash cans to the register the price was difference the trash cans where adverstized for $9.98 but registered as $17.98 and the store manager even after confronting with the employee that told me the sale price the manager decided not to honor the item for the sale price and told me it was a simple mistake on there part and they will fix it. I argue this with her and stood my ground that this is false adverstizing and after a big argument back and forth she desided to honor one of the two trash cans I had to be purchased.
