Too Firm of Mattress

I purchased a CMC, Dallas, NAMACO bed and its own far too firm. I told them I needed a firm bed, although not this company. I rested on it for 60-days, and desired to return it, however they would not consider it back -

I dropped the paperwork, and it'd a little scrape from me unloading it - however now I've a tough bed.

I hope I could easily get a return.
