Ripoff non-delivery of substantial part of kitchen cabinets constant fraudulent promises of recovery

I ordered $9100 of kitchen cabinets in Sept. 2001 for delivery in Dec. 2001. They delivered most, but not all, in March. I have been unable to get any completion delivery or refund for undelivered goods since then, despite repeated communications and telephone conversations with the president, Neil Martin, and his delegate, Sam. Unless you are lucky to get them immediately on the phone, they never return phone calls. They advertise great prices, but are unable or unwilling to deliver on them.
