Buyer Beware! Merchandise never shipped. Charged my credit card

Buyer be informed! Caution, caution, caution.
The Nightstand Superstore is a rip off. I purchased 2 nightstands on November 7th... They were to ship in 3-5 days... No merchandise yet! (12/2) No phone support! No email answered. I have tried to speak to a representative by calling the order line and they transfer the call without speaking to an unending hold line... I have tried faxinfg but the line is forever busy, I have tried email to no avail.
This company charged my credit card, however I caught it and contacted my credit card company filed a dispute and stopped payment! There are serious problems with this company.
