I gave Jammey a check in the amount of $3150.00 for materials for a new roof on 09/19/08. Jammey decided not to do the job and told me he would refund my money.
It is now 11/03/08 and I have no refund and all I get in e-mails from Jammey are more excuses and empty promises.
