Sears dishwasher rip off Scottsdale

I purchased my Kenmore washer from Sears about two years ago and it began to make all sorts of funny noises so I went ahead and called the Sears repair center. They quoted me at a service charge of $65.

The serviceman came and opened up the front and found a small piece of loose plastic. I 've kept this thing in pristine condition and he said that it was from normal wear and tear. An incredibly simple fix all for the grand total of $225! I called and complained to the service center and they simply gave me the address for corporate to make my complaint. Unbelievable.
