Construction & Repair

Bert Cox of NH and his company, 1House.com, ordered thousands of dollars in web work, sent numerous e-mails saying how well the work was performed, and refuses to pay for it.

Despite being told that he sold several houses BEFORE the auction due to the superior nature of the work performed, he has let the debt wallow for well over a year.

I have bent over backwards to try to accomodate him, even setting up a credit card payment system so that he could pay slowly over time, but he has refused to take any responsibility for his debt.

I have sent faxes, letters, made phone calls, all of which are being ignored.By using my design work without paying for it, he is also, in my opinion, in violation of the 1992 Digital Millenium Copyright Act.
