Dick Francis infringed on my copyright and committed plagiarism against me in his novel Come to Grief'.

He used large chunks of my life and that of my family for the basic plot line for Come to Grief.' He even used my first name for my real character one of the main characters in this novel, and did a split personality job out of my character to produce yet another main character.

He did this n the full knowledge that I was writing my autobiography Bad Blood' at the time and he had been told in a letter from me that I retained the copyright to everything I wrote in letters to him.

If you were thinking of writing to Dick Francis don't expect him not to use anything he might find interesting about you or your life, irrespective of your circumstances. I had just lost my twelve year old daughter Natasha' when he did this to me. So please don't think this man has any heart or empathy for others, it was my downfall thinking he was a decent man who could be trusted, and I have learned by personal experience that he is anything but!!!

You have been warned now so please beware of Dick Francis for your own sake.
