On or about February 27, Mylai Tenner ordered from XXX Design & Graphics via email and telephone, the graphic design of: One 56 page 8.5x11; Action Guide layout and design (value $100) One 81 page 6x9 Greek Book layout and design (value $100)

On or about March 13, Mylai Tenner ordered from XXX Design & Graphics via email and telephone the graphic design of:

One 6x9 4/1 Postcard (value: $125)
One 8.5x11 Flyer 4/1 (value: $150)
One 9x11 Envelope 1/0 (value: $50)
One 17x22 4/0 Poster (value: $175)

Total of above: $700 which remains unpaid.

All assets were delivered as promised to Mylai Tenner before and/or by March 24 and were due and payable upon receipt. Mr. Tenner has continually ignored invoices sent via email as well as telephone calls reminding him of this debt and asking when he will be paying. Mr. Tenner was emailed an invoice on March 24 and again on April 3. He was emailed yet another reminder on April 7 which was again ignored. He was emailed an Intent to File demand for immediate payment notice on April 9

Notice of intent to file

This is an attempt to collect a debt of $700.00 for the design of a 6 x 9 postcard, 8.5 x 11 flyer, 17 x 22 poster, 9 x 12 envelope, Greek book and Greek Action Guide owed to Solid Imaging Design & Graphics, a legal and licensed business located in XXX County Utah, USA.

You are hereby notified of the intent to begin legal proceedings in the XXX County Utah District Court to collect a debt incurred by Mylai Tenner of St. Paul, Minnesota, USA. Above stated action is to be filed in the XXX County Utah District Court by 9:00 A.M. (MDT) on Monday, April 14.

To avoid these proceedings, payment of this debt — in full — must be made immediately upon receipt of this Notice to solidimaging? @ through PayPal. If unable to pay entire amount, contact XXXXX, CEO of XXX Design & Graphics, via email to discuss a payment plan.

Mylai Tenner will be responsible for any and all legal costs, including, but not limited to, all reasonable attorney's fees and filing fees that may be incurred in this attempt to collect.

Until payment is made in full, reproduction (ie: printing and/or distribution) of the above mentioned designs by XXX Design & Graphics is in direct violation of US Copyright Law. According to US Copyright Law, a graphic designer holds copyright over work-for-hire designs until they are paid in full. At this time, XXX Design & Graphics holds the copyright to the designs of the above named projects with the exception of the FRONT covers of the Greek book and Action Guide.

Should the designer be notified of unauthorized and illegal reproduction of these designs, action shall be taken immediately in US District Court. Should this action become necessary, Mylai Tenner will be liable for all reasonable attorney's fees and filing fees regarding breach of copyright.

As I have received no communications from Mylai Tenner/Changing Faces Consulting, Inc., my only recourse at this point is to demand payment in-full through the court system. As offered in my demand notice, I would have gladly taken payments had Mr. Tenner contacted me regarding payments, but he has just ignored me so I am demanding payment in full. I have other emails and dates of communications, including pieces he mailed to me that he liked the design of, should they be necessary.

All I want is to get paid for the work I've done.
