Ronco showtime rotisserie illegal business practices: ronco showtime rotisserie made an unauthorized charge on my credit card for a rotisserie i have not recieved

After ordering a ronco showtime rotisserie, my credit card was overcharged. I spoke to several representatives and they basically said they were sorry but the overcharge could not be reversed. I called ronco and one representative gave me what i found out to be a non working number to what he said was ronco's corporate office 805-433-1030. Their automated system states that the calls are being recorded and when i asked to listen to my recorded call i was told that it would not be possible. "what kind of company is this"?

The representatives i spoke with are michael id#8007, austin id#5568, alvin, who would not disclose his id# but stated that i should call their corporate office at the number i've listed above which turned out to be a non working # and alex id# 5026. What's even worse i have not recieved the rotisserie. This company should and i am sure (if not already) will be investigated for their illegal business practices.

I have filed complaints against ronco showtime rotisserie and have located a new york address but the representatives claim numerous locations on the east west and pacific coasts. If you have been a victim of this company, your bank and or credit card company will start an investagation as well.

Ronco showtime rotisserie literally steals your money, ripping off average hard working american citizens.
