I did some Christmas shopping with the Ronco company (total over $400.00) and was assured that the Rotisserie would not have a shipping charge. Not only did they charge an additional $32.90 for shipping the Rotisserie alone but were rude and insulting when I called for an adjustment. Their attitude was simply "We Don't Care", you can send it back at your expense and we will refund the price minus shipping. Leaving me out of $65 instead of $32.90. No wonder he says to "keep the knives", when he says "I know you won't return it that's why I make the offer" It's because you'd pay shipping both ways! Anyone doing business with this company should expect poor quality customer service as the company policy.
