Bad service!

They don't answer their telephone. After I had them out the first period, they "set" my air conditioner and "requested" a brand new thermostat. They mentioned the thermostat might are available in in a couple of days. 3 months later, however no thermostat. I'd to put a reorder with my house warranty organization. The next week, they arrived using the "requested" thermostat, that was incorrect. They travelled towards the nearby homedepot to purchase my new thermostat which required about one hour. Why did I've to hold back nearly per month to obtain my ac operating correctly?

Today, 2 weeks following the preliminary phone, my ac is again no longer working. It seems to become exactly the same issue; the lover within the device does not seriously. Again, they're not addressing their telephone. Easily choose another organization, it'll charge me another charge, so we are likely to discover when they may right the problem this time around.

They're currently on my listing of support refusals and ideally will soon be on yours today also!
