Price gouging and no cust. Service

Dynowatt charged me. 25 in kwt when every additional price was around. 16 in those days. They did this since I quit them-and visited a cheaper strategy. Our ultimate statement was nearly 700.00 when it will have now been around 400.00. To include problems for insult, they simply delivered me to some 3rd party collection company since I've questioned the statement and approached the PUC of tx. I had been advised I really could pay-off the fake debt in a cost strategy, and was awaiting the communication to achieve that, plus they delivered me to some variety company so when I named them to discover what occurred, and just why this is completed, they declined to speak about it with me, declined to obtain me to some boss, and declined to obtain me a title of somebody in payment conflicts to go over it. They essentially only do the things they need simply because they feel they are able to. They no noone will maintain them responsible. Terrible organization!!!
