Tried forcing to continue work after we stopped him five weeks ago Threatened to harrass my pregnant daught in law

Advantage did a clean up on 7/31/08. My daughter in law gave me a check to give them of which I did. Days later she informed me that they would come every two weeks for a clean up. I told her there was nothing to do, but being the kind sole that she is, she said give them a check anyhow since she hadn't called to cancel prior to that conversation with me.

I wrote a note with instructions explaining that there was no work to be performed, but to take the check anyhow because he had to show up. I said I would call when I needed their services. I attached the note to the check.

We didn't see him again until today (9/10). When he pulled up, I went to the curb and reminded him I left a note for them to stop service unless I called. He agreed with that, but said I was messing up his schedule and he was going to work on my property anyhow. I told him not to enter my property.

He got rowled up and said I could not stop him. I told him wrong. He said he was going to call my daughter in law and give her hell. I told him she was 7 months pregnant and has a one year old. He said he didn't care. I again told him to leave her out of it. When he again said he was going to call her, I told him even though I am 72 years old, if he harrassed her he would have to deal with me. At that point the threats went back and forth, w/insults to my person. I am afraid this unruly person may return and damage my property.
