Having given them every chance to finally complete our pool to our satisfaction and been let down yet again I hope this will help at least one person not go through the hassle we did. Its now more than 4 months since we signed our contract and there are still niggling items to be finished. Having chased, chased, chased we were promised 100% guaranteed that they would return on Saturday to complete the deck mastic that was forgotten first time round - no show, no communication.

With the exception of PJ the designer the whole company is a shambles. Communication is a swear word, closely followed by quality control. Nearly every element had to be re-done due to shoddy workmanship, generally after numerous phone calls, emails etc etc. Not a great experience, not a great company. Do yourselves a favor and try someone else, I cant promise they will be any better but I can promise they certainly cant be any worse, its just not possible.

We spent a lot of money and have been left with a sour taste in our mouths, ridiculous way to run a company. They would have gotten many referal jobs from us, now I will make sure no-one I know ever uses them.
