Not Reliable

We have had the worst experience with this company... We went directly to the store to choose colors and supplies we wanted used for our kitchen and we're promised by the manager that the job would be done in 2-3 weeks at the most. The first couple days the workers came over for a few hours and then would not show for a couple days... One thing would be started and not completed, then the other thing was started and not finalized. It is going on 8 weeks and we are still getting the run around... That they cannot match the color for the granite... Basically they placed the wrong color... All in all, a sloppy job has been done... I have to call constantly to find out when they will come to finish the work and I never get a straight answer. The manager does not even follow up to see if we are satisfied with the job that has been done... We are still left with an unfinished kitchen... It has been the worst customer service experience ever... I guess they don't care about their customers and they really don't care if the job was well done and that we are satisfied
