I bought an Oak Creek home from Antonio in Espanola, Nm at his company: American Spriit Homes. Once that guy gets his money from you— he will never return another phone call to you if you need support.

The house was assembled VERY POORLY. It was like a scene out of candid camera. I wish it had been a joke instead of a nightmare. Through MUCH begging and many months extreme effort we got many of the small things fixed but have major issues still— like a faulty air flow system that was installed wrong and that we could not get them to fix. We paid for an air conditioning system and they installed a used one which did not work!!!

Since the guy we bought it from completely blew us off—Antonio, I thought the corporate office would be concerned to know about it. No they weren't in fact they are about the rudest people you would ever have the misfortune of having to deal with. Some of the lower level workers are nice, caring people— like Cheryl Harrera, but don't have enough authority to see the work through and help you with it all.

Over a year has passed now after continuous efforts to try to get them to right the situation. We are exploring legal recourses now.
