Scam and cheating

Caught organization to degree portable home and clear and layer top with elastomer. First time of function James turned up by herself since workers had remained at club too late-night before. Work completed following day. Acquired bill showing work guaranteed three years. Focus on top being completed, delivered from city and team had quit with work incomplete by 1:30 within the morning. James assured me they'd finish work following day. He was to get purchase work from friend and keep bill. Upon end he informed friend that I'd previously obtained bill with promise, which hadn't occurred. Attempted to find James, but wouldn't return my calls. Went to deal with of company on progressing bill. There is no company, no house simply James and pals in meadow club-b-cuing. He explained he'd provide bill following day but hasn't 3 days later. Advised him leveling wasn't great, top layer never as decided, but no response. Believe this guy is just a rip-off, and fraud artist. Be cautious Bastrop citizens!
