I wish I had contacted this site before I purchased the Awsome Auger. I feel foolish for not being smarter then to order this product. It is a lesson that thankfully did not cost me more then it did. They advertise A product for one price. Then they keep trying to sell you other things and you are never speaking to a person I finally hung up after about 30 minutes. Your $19.95 item ends up costing you just about $60.00. They say that you can send it back but they will not refund any more than you original $19.95. So even if you would feel better by sending it back you are shooting yourself in the foot again.
Buyer beware.
