Radically Destroyed my home and faith in Contractors

I had water damage form my master bath. The water ran into my bedroom through the celing in my livingroom down through the floor into my basement celing to the floor, so pretty much the whole house. Dave Frees comes in and writes 8,700 dollar estimate to do the work.

After he takes everything out and lets it sit he starts putting all the old wet moldings back in the bathroom (and charges for new ones on the estimate) then he charges to take the celing in my basement down but cuts three small holes in it and sticks a fan to "dry it".in my bedroom He installed new carpet, but only put new padding in half the room. Their is just too much to list but here is the kicker.

When I called him on it he wrote me an estimate for 3,136.75 for the unfinished work, then on the back for the estimate charges me 311.68 "Profit charge" and a 311.68 "Overhead Charge". Basicly he is extorting me for an extra 20%.

All in all the worst contractor in all my years. DONT USE RADICAL RESTORATIONS OF SHILLINGTON PA.
