Home warranty program took my money but will not answer the phone or answer my mail request. New York

National Home Protection is the home warranty company that is supposed to cover my home for repairs. The air conditioner broke down and I couldn't not get NHP to answer their phone for me or the worker. I had to pay for the entire bill myself. The repair company faxed them the bill (minus the $45.00 that I am supposed to pay for service calls) with no answer. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone or to answer my letters. NHP owes me $185.00. I sent them a copy of the bill and I have cancelled checks. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They have "ripped me off".
