Simple order on bedding goods takes two months to ship? Unable to reach during their business hours phonecalls never returned!

Please, save yourself the trouble and do not order from this company. After placing my order and having my account charged the same day, I still haven't received what I paid for. Staff do not return calls about the status of your order, it has been one and a half months since I paid for the goods!

Finally somebody tells me it would be another two weeks. Those two weeks go by, I hear nothing and worse... Receive nothing. Then one and half months after order was placed and paid for I receive an email telling me that it would be no later than August 15th until they receive the stock into their warehouse! I paid for this stuff on June 13th! This means they expected me to wait until after August 15th for my order to ship. After someone had already told me that I should receive my stuff (a month after order was placed) and now that story changed to two months.

It takes a lot of time and persistance to actually have someone return emails. Phonecalls, forget it, they do not pick up the phone.

Basically, if you think you're saving yourself money or time by shopping on from their site, you're wrong!

Believe me I'm not one to complain, but this is just too much. Check out their record on the BBB, they're well know by them also.

I wish I had checked them out BEFORE placing an order.
