My fiancee and I purchased a mobile home from Bob's last summer. We got the best service possible untill we decided on the house and financed it from then on we got treated like crap. The house was late coming in... They told our finance company that we were moved into the house so we had to start making the payments and the house had not even been delivered and put on the lot yet.

Then they told us they would not hook up the central air untill the down payment was paid in full when we had already made arrangements to pay the remaining down payment in monthly payments directly to the dealership! So, for 3months in the scorching hot 90 degree weather we had to literaly "sweat it out" untill our threats to sue them paid off and they came and installed the air. Since then they have continued to harrass us about the remaining payments on the down payment even though we have already made an agreement. They have even gone as far as to send certified letters to my future mother in laws house! Buyer beware, if you are in the market for a new mobile home DO Not get it fom Bob's Quality Homes in Belpre, OH!
