This profetional co Promises to make lots of money yet when the plumbers mess things up its the managers fault then all work and money is lost, commissions that were promissed become minimum wadge

Promise of 10% of jobs that are done correctly seems fair, yet when the plumbers dont comply and do the things thay should do, the divition manager is held responsable if 50 % profit is not made to cover co overhead then the manager and plumbers wadges are lowered to 1% for the manager and minimum wadge for the plumber, as the plumbers arent but just out of high school with 3 months of training and they put them in a truck and try there luck,

Ive been a plumber all my life and when i saw this situation it seemed to good to be true so as i learned how things were done there, I knew that to make money at it i would need to charge about 3 or five times the amount for the job, to for sure cover for the 50 % profit margin for the co. Take a simple pipe replacement for a cost to the company on a job worth 500 this co would need to charge you 5000 to make there money, So you see the 50 some managers and 250 pr so plumbers in ventura and as far as san diego through to santa barbara california. Unfortunately people are underedjucated and pay the money.
