KIRBY VACUUM ISN'T WHAT THEY PROMISED Philadelphia Pennsylvania

About 6 mths ago, Kirby came to my house with promises of a clean house, clean carpet (Huh!!!) Well the demonstration is manipulated by those little black circle pads that make it seems like all the dirt is being pull out, well it's not.

After they left the next day I use it, and it didn't work for me as it did for them, it doesn't pick up hair, it doesnt pick up crumbs my granddaughter waste, it's so heavythat it has caused the sip disc in my back to be more painful than I could have imagine.

This things is a monster to women, I use my rubber broom to sweep my floors rather that pull that thing out that make me sweat, hot, hurt and tired by the time I vacuum a little townhouse, that I can't finish my other work without a rest in between.
I feel that I was ripped off. My carpet has suffered because of the weight and the inability of this monstrasity. It is not work the 1000's that they charge.

I want my money back before I'm crippled, I need a lighter more efficient vacuum that is worth the price.

I've been bamboozeled, can you help me?
