Newport Holding 3 Year Old Townhome

We moved into our Townhome about 3 years ago, the first year all was great we wre very pleased with the price and the amenities the house had. The owner Martin Van Wolfswinkel promised he would build a park, pool, and install lighting in the neighborhood. To this date none of the things Martin said would do have happen! Our stairway leading to the house's entrance is sinking into the foundation, our kitchen countertop is disleveled from one side. Next to our house is what's left of a huge dead tree which when we moved in we asked for it to be removed. One night after a bad thunderstorm and lighting this tree fell into our patio braking part of the fence, patio furniture and a piece of our roof top, it took Martin over 2 weeks to send someone to remove the branches and fix some of the poles of the fence. The he never finished the work.

Back in March I asked Martin once again to come get all these things fixed and to this date NOTHING has been done. Our house is practically falling apart. We love the neighborhood, we have really good neighbors and the area is centrally located with easy access to pretty much all major highways its just that Mr. Martin does not own up to his word about anthing that was said in the past.

The outside areas are dirty all the time, there is no lighting, no parking for guests, the workers leave a bunch of BIG pieces of trash everywhere and then flyes aways into our yards and streets. It's just horrible! I love my tonwhome it's the perfect little house for the two of us but this is getting out of control. We are thiniking about moving!
