Hi,

I had ordered a living room set on 14th of June. While placing the order the salesman told us we will receiving our order in a week.
After a week, we tried to follow up and the person on phone said it will be coming in 2 days, then 3 days then a week.
After hearing this kind of answers we got irritated and decided to cancel the order.
But these guys were not ready for it also. Their store manager told us, in the policy it is written that you can cancel the order only after 4 weeks. And he showed us same thing in the receipt.
Again next week (4th week), we did not receive furniture and we asked these guys to cancel the order and now the new manager came in front of us and told that the policy is for some other kind of material and not for yours and now the store manager did not shown up.
He asked us to again come in the next week. We asked him that please write it down if we don't get furniture we can cancel the order. But the regional manager was not ready for same.
He tried to show us more costly furniture and tried to convience us to buy an expensive one.
Felt like it is American freight's strategy to show cheap material on site and in store but when customer places order, don't deliver the order but force him to buy a new one.
I am still not sure when I will receiving my order.

GUYS, I will be definitely recommending STAY AWAY from AMERICAN FREIGHT. They just show things cheaper but give Expensive.
