We built a home on our land with Pennyworth. We weren't looking for a fancy custom home and their options were not as vast as other builders but I have to say that we got a well built home and their customer service has (so far) been good. I am having a problem with Scott Air (subcontractor) and when I contacted them about it, they stepped up to the plate and took control. It's not yet resolved completely but I am pleased to report that I have every confidence that they will handle it professionally and make good on their promise to back what they build.in these times of rip offs deplorable customer service, their response to my problem has been refreshing!
