I checked into a pennyworth home and the results were not good. They tell you a short build time, but in the fine print there is no date when the house is to be complete. The build time is when they finish - it could be days, weeks, months or years. You cannot get a firm price, the price seems to float upward, which is strange. The home is very basic and options are very high. It's like a battle, the closer you look, the higher the price and the longer construction time. I found a contractor that gave a firm finish date and a fixed bottom line price.
