Ripped Me Off for $11K - WATCH OUT!

Dave Marquart of Custom WoodCraft Builders promised that he could build me a log cabin for $150 per sq ft. He convinced me to sign a contract without first seeing a preliminary budget (big mistake) and required a $9500 deposit.

After two full months, he finally produced a preliminary budget. His budget was in the neighborhood of $250 per sq ft!

After trying for many weeks to figure out how to build it cheaper, I realized that he knew it would cost this much in the beginning, and was simply trying to get my money in order to force me to continue with the project.

STAY AWAY FROM CUSTOM WOODCRAFT BUILDERS! They will tell you what you want to hear, take your money, and then jack up the price to unbelievable proportions.

I'm now out $11,000 (thanks to Dave also jacking up the price of the plans after he knew he couldn't bilk me out of anymore money).
