Paid in full-never received furniture or refund

I purchased a kitchen table and chairs from American Freight in Chattanooga, TN. I paid for the furniture in full on May 10, of this year and still have received no furniture and it is now July 1st. They keep telling me the merchandise has not come in, however they will not give me a refund nor can they tell me when it will be available. The only thing they have offered to do is give me a store credit-which I do not want because after this event I want nothing further to do with this company. I also purchased a bedroom suit from them-when I picked the furniture out they did not have it displayed properly where you could tell how the furniture was going to look. I purchased the bed and dresser and to my surprise they brought it out in boxes! I had to take it home and put it together-only to realize it was made from particle board-I guess you really do get what you pay for. Buyer beware!!!
