Major ripoff artists, do yourself a favor - buy somewhere else!

I purchased a loveseat, 2 chairs and an ottoman from American Freight on July 14. I was told all items were in stock, no floor models. I put the furniture in lay away.

On July 27, I paid for the furniture in full and scheduled my delivery for August 5. That same day, they lost my check and I had to repay! (they did pay the $30 fee - whoopee!) When I mentioned that someone now had my account number, routing number and address, I was told to lock my door!

Aug. 5 my furniture came ~ or I should say 1/2 of my order came at 8:25P.M. Aug. 6 I was told 2 chairs were on the truck coming from Rochester (an hour drive). By Aug 25, the chairs still are not here, but they GUARANTEE I will have them by Sat. Funny, no one has called me to schedule the delivery which is supposed to happen tomorrow. They will refund my money for the chairs - but not the loveseat and ottoman - all sales are final! I guess it doesn't matter that they don't deliver what you buy. I've contacted Call4Action, 2OnYourSide, BBB, Consumer Fraud, Attorney General, the Legislature and an attorney.
