Bragada memory foam mattresses a fraud

I purchased the Westbrook by Bragada 01Sep09. Within one month, all support was gone. My wife and I (not large people) sink to centre of mattress. It is like sleeping in a bowl. Due to reinforced edge of mattress, getting yourself out of the bowl is a challenge.
On 14 Oct I e-mailed Bragada Customer Support. They promised a 24 -48 hrs response. As of 31Dec09 they had yet to contact me, so I initiated a second call. I am told that this sagging issue is not a defect and that their mattresses soften over time (1 month?) Bragada dismissed my complaint and thanked me for my call.
Buyer beware.
