Pat Costletts Furniture Festival aka LB Jones SUCKS He spends more on commercials than customer satisfaction Rip-off

Four years ago I purchased a sofa and oversized chair from Pat Costlett, having a life time warranty. Now I find that a life time warranty is only 7 years, according to Pat Costlett. The manufacture tells me the warranty is as long as I have the original fabric. Anyhow, this furniture is junk.

I paid almost 900.00$ just for the sofa and in four years it is falling apart, the legs have fallen off 5 times, the cores have flattened terribly, the fabric looks dry-rotted. The ottoman with the chair is attached but is sliding off in the floor because the cussion will not go back in the chair as it should. Does this sound like a 700.00$ chair?

I have been back and forth with Pat Costletts repair men, if you call them repair men. They constantly lie to me and give me the run around. They will say I will call you right back and I never hear from them, until I call them. I have been very patient but it has been almost a year.

I feel Pat Costlett is more interested in making his goofy numerous commercials than keeping his business going. I am determined to tell everyone I know, and then some about his shotty business. I may even write a letter to the editor in our area newspaper.
