Ripoff Consumer fraud

Refusal to complete house that they have already been paid for through construction loan (roof, railing, hardwood floors, finishing, lawn, etc..,). Bought our old house (92,000) on contract with agreement to purchase in full by 12/31/02.

Backed out of contract with failure to pay November and December house payment and late fees (1821.24). I now have approximately mo in mortgage payments. Refusal to give us our warranty sticker for our new house. Upon confronting them in a meeting and requesting them to sign an agreement to finish the work they've been paid for already, one of their employees left room and stated "I refuse to sign anything.

You'll have to take my word Bubba.." and then when addressed about his lack of respect for the customer that has already paid them, he threatened to take me outside to "beat my ass". They are still doing business even though this same story has happened to three other individuals.
